This is just a friendly reminder/update that living here at San Marin is still the same. Nothing has changed. We still have everything going on here like mentioned before, but in fact it looks like it is getting worse, go figure!

More and more families are piling up in one apartment just to make ends meet. Some apartments over exceed the limit, but MGMT does not care because their rent is paid.

People are getting lazier by the days. This complex has 6 garbage bins, and residents still insist on disposing their trash near another residents door. Magmt can walk around, Maint can walk around, and guess what---It will be left there. More and more dogs are living on the complex and the mountains of fecies are getting bigger. Their is a buch of cats roaming around, and they wash up in the public pool.

This place is NUTS. My lease is up SOON, and I am out with no hesitations. I saved my income tax refund for an apartment that is well worth livable.

You are infact correct. No one should have to live in these circumstances. When my lease is up I will deffinately do the same thing. Residents who live here on income assistance, should have their case worker go through the living standards and make sure their funds are being appropriately used. This place has a lot of residents and some who actually pay their rent, their should be no excuse as to why this place can not afford anything.
