This place is a all Latin Community. Everyone hear get along fine. You will have some residents that are not acustomed to the way Latin people live. If you feel you can not live comfortable around Latin families, then this place is not for you.
You get a lot of partying, lots of hangin' out, and everyone stays to themselves. This is a community that you can work all week, and hang out on the weekends with no worries. There is a lot of children and teenagers that live here and you see them more then their parents, I mean what else do you expect when you have the pool closed, and playground for them to run around in.
People can say what they want but as long as we stay to ourselves and mind our business, what do we care. If you like nice quite neighborhoods, and a clean enviornment, go to South Tampa or Carrolwood. This place is not that.

You aren't lying this place is everything but QUIET! This is GHETTO in here, The teens in here are the ones selling and using drugs, the palce is FULL of TRASH everywhere, and there's never any parking!
