San Marin is one of the dirtiest complex community I ever lived in. I am from New York, and I seen some funny activities, and I seen these certain activities get handled. NOT OUT IN FLORIDA! You can bring the property management directly to the person/persons that are a cause for the properties behavior. What do you get' OH OK! What gets done' NOTHING! Sad.

Mrs. DeAnna Queen and her Staff has nothing better to do but ignore the situations. Collect the rent money, and go home to most definately a nice quite, clean home.

You can tell nothing gets done around here. Just look at the property. Talk to the residents. Do not rent here. Save your time and money. This place is 100% GHETTO!

That is sad see You did not get the chance to meet Gladys and her team they worked for the same company but they mad thing happen, I have been in N.Y and i know what you mean but then did you not see that befor you moved in don't get me rong but tht place has potentcial but the managment company is no good . Thank god the moved Gladys when they did I don't how she could have done it , but good luck to all on Oct. 13.
