Butt Backwards! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   San Marin is one of the dirtiest complex community I ever lived in. I am from New York, and I seen some funny activities, and I seen these certain activities get handled. NOT OUT IN FLORIDA! You can bring the property management directly to the person/persons that are a cause for the properties behavior. What do you get' OH OK! What gets done' NOTHING! Sad. Mrs. DeAnna Queen and her Staff has nothing better to do but ignore the situations. Collect the rent money, and go home to most definately a nice quite, clean home. You can tell nothing gets done around here. Just look at the property. Talk to the residents. Do not rent here. Save your time and money. This place is 100% GHETTO!
