Deanna Queen has to be the rudest, unprofessional, arrogant and most ignorant manager to landlord tenant laws I have ever met. Her Customer Service Skills rate way pass poor and her work performance is equal to that. She threatens the residents with eviction if they complain about the problems in their apartments and REFUSES to fix them. She has no regard for health hazzards in the apartments because there are electrical and mold infested apartments as well as apartment with holes in the ceilings and leaking roofs that she is well aware of. Code Enforcement has a hearing on October 13, 2006 and the Fire Marshall has come down on them because of the electrical issues. She doesn't treat her staff any better than she treat the resident, one of the maintenance men got cut on the leg working in one of the apartments and brought her back a doctors note and she ripped it up in his face and told him if he didn't do maintenance work she would lower his salary, go figure. October 13th, Friday the 13th a good day for residents and a bad day for San Marin. It's differcult to believe a Management Company would allow a person with such poor quality to manage their property because Deanna Queen has brought nothing here but disaster.

They need to close this place down and reopen once fixed properly to qualified residents. Or this is another option, put Deanna to live in one of the nastiest apartment for 6 months like in the movie "The Super".

well know she is in real trouble see after trying to use a over 20 yr situation that a resident been throw she will have to deal with the real justac and face the real people face to face, see the investigation has just started so if she for a min. thought she won think it over miss Queen the best is yet to come. and for all of you that think are getting evicted don't be fools she is all smile and love it all the way but time will tell and she is going to wish her company would had send the $$ to fix the mess made, by not fixing anything.. keep your chin up .
