I lived in San Marin in 2004 to 2006. I could not take the fith anymore. I saw 3 different managers for the time I have lived there. The best one of all was when Russ and Elona was there. That is my opinion.

Just before I moved, I saw a familiar face. That face was Russ. He was there to help Deanna pick up a mess that she caused. He busted his rear, while she sat back and watched. Russ was in shock as well to see the place fall apart in a matter of 1 year.

The second management team was Gladys and Elona. Gladys was...........not enough words to say about her and her actions. Elona followed her footsteps and they both had to leave quietly.

Then we had Deanna, Sharon, Toni, and others from time to time. Sharon ran while she had the chance. I am not sure if Toni is still there.

Now I live in another community. And once again I see a lot of familiar faces applying for where I am at, they deserve better, but at the same time I hope they leave the filth behind. It would be time to start over and have a fresh begining.

Russ was good, when you are usto not fallowing rules, and as for gladys well she did more than what is not being done now and still after they both left all the ---- that was said but when they were here gladys did a hell of a job with working for the same managment company she made thing happen and always did her best, she did not eave quietly she let everone know that she was being transfered to anothe property and doing very well at that with a company that pays thier venders and as for miss queen all of you who said gladys realy did not do anything the six month she was on property i can say the pool was always open with palm tree that know are history, loundry room was clead by Gladys and when work did not get done on atimely manner she would go with her team and make it happen. poor tony still in the hole as for sharon gladys took her under her wing and she is working for the same compay as gladys a real one and doing very well. It's good that you got out but don't put down the good even if they wer thier for a shor time

First of all Gladys do not take it personal. What I meant about not having words was that I never had a problem with you, Elona, Sharon, or Russ. And yes you and Elona was good. But since I kept my apartment in excellent condition you never had to come in my apartment for anything and I never had to go to your office for anything. The reason why I said you and Elona left quietly because I saw you and Elona packing your vehicles with boxes and you both looked sad, as if something serious happened. And as per what Toni said was that you and Elona was asked to move to another community to work and that the company did you both dirty and fired the both of you. So be careful as to who you are friends with. I meant no harm as to what I wrote. I am just writing what I saw. And since I never had a problem with my apartment, I had no reason to be in your office at any time. So perdona!

This ain't a damn blog. Take your little spats elsewhere. This board is for people like me to bash bellyachers and doughnut-eating losers. Maybe you fit that bill as well so I will bash you as well. Well, maybe not. Nothing worth bashing on this post other than the simpleton type of spelling used in the OP. What a joke. The San Marin must attract a lot of drooling meatgazers and drama queens. I'm going to have fun on here.
