Deanna Queen didn't get the victory she was hoping for. She told the board the people there did not have a case with code enforcement but they gave copies of case numbers which open the door for further investigations. She also stuck her head in the lions mouth and the board clearly knew she was lying. This situation has gone to another level because of the way she has been treating the residents. Now other county departments are getting involve,whom I'd rather not mention. I want her to be slapped with the element of surprise. For now don't rent here because it is going to take a while to get these apartments to get straighted out. One day Deanna Queen will be a nightmare of the past, at least here at Sam Marin.

I totally agree.. current resident here and a newer one at that. Things do not get done around here and are not up to code. wish i knew this ahead of time. Who do i goto to go above her head?

Talk to Mrs. Doby she lives in apartment #132, she can give the information you need because she has the people cards you need to contact. Calling Deanna's boss will do you no good.

I too was at this code hearing for a rental property I currently live in, and whomever wrote this review is completly false. The code board actually told Doby to cut it short seeing as her claims were irrelevant to the cases that were in question. The manager handled herself very well the only person who looked like a fool was Doby and the other woman who was getting evicted. Hello?! If you don't pay rent you getted kicked out its not rocket science!

well, well ,well that is so funny that she still has a case and this is still under investigation, but you know this see you was at the hearing and as for her getting evicted she is moving to a better place and don't even think that this is the last of this see like I said the investigation is still on and just so you know she ( Deanna) has been hit left and right with numorus thins with no repond but well you should know all this and for not paying fent when Sec.8 has that taken care of!!!!! so much for the rocker science, don't be another fool and pay much attention to what is realy going on

I too was at the hearing and the board told Mrs.Doby those were some serious allegations and one of the men on the panel gave her his card to come to his office with those allegations. So if you say she looked like a fool I think not because that's why the reporters were here because they had them to call her to print the story. So I guess Code Enforcement office is lying and so is Bay Area Legal. So before you comment get your facts straight. All the people that were there have problems in their apartment, there were no spectators, it was one property before San Marin and after they were done no one was left but San Marin, who are you liar? I think it's awfully strange that you would defend something that you were not a part of.

I agree if you are from another property it would seem you have enough problems of your on to handle with Code Enforcement how come you need to lie about what happened that day with san marin. Are you a friend of Deanna or maybe Deanna herself? Devin06 one place you say you were at the hearing for another property you live in and in another place you say Mrs. Doby knocked on your door for 3 months. So got cha you liar like I said you are a friend of Deanna or Deanna herself notice it everyone. Look for Devin06 and pay attention to what was written.

Be on the look out for the next hearing on the 17 of this month for about another 5 more apartments. Maybe Devin06 willbe there with the other property that she said in her other comment that she was with for the first one, LIAR, LIAR PANTS ON FIRE, And not even the fire Departmnet will be able to put out this fire.
