This property could look much better and at the same time it is sad to say that after visiting the propertyand talking to some of the residents as I searched for a place to live, looking at some of the problems just by looking into the front door from the apartments, I know that this is not the place for me and I feel upset that the Managment company that is at this property really cares less for the ones that live at San Marin, It is not good when you see the news channel reporters as well as news paper reporters on the property. My view - stop, look and listen.

good advice and you'll be surprise of the people that read this before they look for a new place to live so rememeber if you stop, look and listen.

This was not alway a bad place to live but you realy must stop, look and listen. I hope that when this is all over we can say San Marin is a great place to live, GOD WE KNOW THAT IS SO LONG, SO FAR AWAY.
