I have read though many of the reviews on here and cannot believe how everyone is so quick to blame the office and the manager. Did it ever occur to you that the office is only given what the owners give them to work with. How can you place all the blame on them they are just trying to do the best they can with what they have! If the owners don't provide them with enough funds to bring these places up to code that is there fault not the office. Why don't you put the blame on the people who deserve it. I was toured by Deanna and Toni and had a wonderful experience and will be moving in in a couple of weeks. Maybe the woman mentioned in all of these Ms. Doby should stop harrassing the wrong people!

I was with Mrs. Doby when she went to apartments because the residents came to her to help start a petition. She only went to apartments she was invited to and if you say she came to your apartment harrassing you I bet you are are lying because she still has that list of signatures. So if you are trying to keep from being harrased by Deanna you better hope your signature is not on that petition. If it is you invited her in. HELLO. File charges on that. That's what I like about Mrs. Doby she keeps PROOF!!!!! I FOR ONE APPRECIATE HER CAUSE SHE HAS NO FEAR. Deanna does not scard her like she scares you. If you had a wonderful experience and tour here this is the place for you, what's wonderful about a green pool , mold & mildew, holes & leaky ceilings and an inoperable laundry room? So enjoy you stay cause it won't long before you see what we mean. But then again you make like to live like this. HA! HA! HA! WE DON'T.

I agree, I can't understand why someone would defend this mess that people are being forced to live in unless it's someone from the office or a friend of Deanna's trying to justify their wrongs. It is illegal to be the cause of people living this way and Mrs. Doby did her civil duty. Hoorah for her she's our HERO!!!!! They should be exposed for these apartments condition especially when people are paying their rent. Devin06 you are thinking people are stupid and not paying attention to you well guess what you have contradicted yourself first you are from another property then Mrs. Doby been knocking on your door which is it? BUSTED YOU ARE A LIAR trying to help make the office look good. See what happens when you lie people catch it. Which is it Deanna or a friend of hers?

HOLD ON , Devin06 you said you was a resident from another property and now you are a resident at san marin, let me tellyou if it was true that code infor. was at your apatment you would have had to let them in regardless if you called or not, this is a health issue but in your case you are an issue not noing what property you live at or maybe the mold is so bad in your unit you don't even know it , be casfefull and don't be fooolllldddd.

No I am not a liar I said if you read my post that I was at the hearing for a former property that I lived at. And actually you do not have to let them in suger16 it is your home if you do not want them to enter especially when your cooky harassing neighbor calls them and not you, you do not have to, maybe you all should learn the rules instead of acting like you know them!
