It seems as though the office really has something to hide. Having these reviews written by someone or doing it themselves to cover their wrongs. How can you people sleep at night knowing your only interest is collecting rent. If you think for one minute it's a joke you wait until all the county agencies are done with you. I pity the fools. Peoples health and safety is at risk and all you can do is say the office does not have the control. There are places you can go as employees to make the owners do the proper work. The reason you don't take those steps is because you don't care either because you don't live here. If you had to breathe mold, live in hazardous conditions you would have done the same thing we did. I've been to the office to complain and Deanna is a liar and you can clearly see she doesn't care and Toni with her 2 faced self is no better behind your back. The maintenace men that live here can fix their apartments. What needs to be done is Deanna should be sentenced by the courts to live in the worst apartment here so she can see first hand how it feels. I am so disappointed I wish I would have searched harder before I moved here. I can not wait until my lease is up to get out of this DUMP.

I agree every week you can see 2 or 3 u-hauls moving people out that tells you there is a problem here something should be done about that d--- Deanna cause she is the reason this place is going down it was better until she came. now all of a sudden the owners won't pay for nothing and people are paying their rent you know they have money where is our rent money going for them to live better?

No I am not a friend of Deanna's or Deanna herself just someone who is competent enough to look at both sides of the situation. Maybe if you all are so unhappy you should find somewheres else to live. The complex is older it is not going to be in perfect condition I liked the large floor plans and am willing to pay less rent for a not perfect apartment. Also maybe you should look above the on site personnel and look at the company as a whole, they are the ones who determine how many employees you are able to have and how much money you can spend the people running daily operations are just taking orders from the people who are above them. I am not a liar either and maybe that will be seen when me and the other residents who were harassed by Ms. Doby get our notes put in the paper!

spoken like a true employee those are the type of people who use that type of wording. you know ms. doby must really be a throne in your side cause you can never get on here without saying something about her. i don't think she knocked on your door or harassed you i really think you are a employee and the words you are saying sounds like some of the things toni has said before and you are right you are not a friend of deanna cause you talk about her like a dog behind her back. and on the other post you did say "currently live in" not "formerly" go back and read for yourself or maybe change it HA!! HA!! THEN BESIDES YOU CALL MS. DOBY COOKY AT LEAST SHE DON'T HANG OUT WITH THE "D" BOYS why you hating now how competent is that

Devin06 and the so call other residents that are being harassed by the dobby woman , what happen to The Queen, sad to saythat the Company was not by her side this time ass you can see and now all of a soden thay are taken Sec.8 and the company has determined that the Queen did not do a good job at all, what do you have to say about that, hope to see your note soon in the paper. HA< HA< HA<

"devin06" sounds like a friend of Deanna's. Before I moved out I remember a employee said that they are putting her to live on the property to see what is really going on. Is there anyone from the office living there that is a female?
