I have lived here through Deanna and now am just waiting for my lease to be over. and let me tell you it is NOT better, i live by the office and there have been 2 shootings! Wonder why the office windows were all smashed????? I called code enforcement too and he told me the only one who did what he said was Deanna and that the new staff is way further in trouble cause they are doing nothing right!

look she is from foxcroft and she has been working with that sh-t company for many years ask her she will only look out for herself and the company and she better be very carefull the same could happen to her and in florida you don't have to have a resone to get ride of an employee okay don't be fooled things have not changed and she really would not like to be over at san marin. yes it's part of the staff we all know that to bad they let san marin go down

First of all I do not know who told everyone that Deanna Queen was let go? That is an absolute lie! Deanna gave her 2 weeks notice because she could not put up with Alliance Residential not paying the bills and not fixing the community. They tried to get her to stay! How many of you saw Deanna outside cleaning the pool herself and painting and cleaning units with her assistant? I personally witnessed this on more than one occasion. There was no money available to her to fix things and no pool service would clean the pool because they owe them all money. I think we have all been in a position that we were not necessarily proud of, but had no choice because of finances. Deanna finally decided she could no longer represent Alliance. If you feel the property is better it is only because they are fixing it now to try and sell it! Good luck with that, I hear that Leigh Dingle and the new manager are switching over to the to the new company!!! You will still be putting up with them. I have nothing to gain or lose by writing this I just felt the residents of this property deserve to know the truth!

where have you been? the lost world deanna was slimy, the new manager is also slimy, leigh dingle is the boss of all slime, now ms.formerresident06, did you know deanna with all those smarts you claim she has or had has gotten herself fired? oh by the way that two week notice must have come from alliance or LEIGH DINGLE,but no it could not have come from her, she's a family friend,oh two more things or maybe three deanna was a fool, she only did things she was instructed to do. when you saw her by the pool she was just there her boyfriend and someone else worked on that fence.and that was because code enforcement, and the health dept.was on her ass the pool stayed closed all last year and for that assistant her name is TONI deanna never help her do anything.in fact she should have been the manager, should be the manager now, beacuse the one they have is just like you an deanna.

I use to live at San Marin, when Russ and Elona was working in the office. I have been out of the neighborhood for 1 year and a half. Let me just point out, I pass it every now and again. I personally see NO CHANGE. It is a shame that a community such as San Marin has so much potential, and the owners can not find the right staff to run it. Not only the staff, but the company itself. If for a fact the complex does go up for sale or already is, your best bet is to believe that every one of you as a resident will have to options. The first one is to stay, only because you will have to pay for your unit because they will soon be in transition to CONDOs. The second would be to move/evacuate because I personally do not think anyone in their right mind would want to stay knowing the conditions of the apartments is not worth purchasing. Everyone has to remember that FLORIDA is a RETIREMENT STATE. Residents in FLORIDA have MONEY. Real Estate Investers are getting richer and the poor is simply getting poorer. Every where you turn to reside is turning into CONDOs. What do you need to get the chance to purchase a CONDO. GOOD CREDIT, VARIFIABLE REFERENCES, EMPLOYMENT, and the smarts of INVESTMENT. And some of the residents at San Marin does not have any of those qualities, because if you did you will not be living there. It is affordable, spacious, and close to everything thats a given. So you as residents should act out and stop bickering at one another through e-mail, or at the staff, and get together as a community and take action on the outside appearence. Take pictures of the ones misbehaving. Especially if you have children. protect them. Fight for your rights as a resident. As for me, I personally could not deal with DeAnna at all. My apartment at the time of residency there was outrageous. I gave up with the community. It was not worth fighting for. I am doing much better as we speak, and I myself is getting my credit back, slowly, but I am getting it back. Let's just say I will own my very own piece of property very soon. But I will not invest in Tampa. Good Luck to all of you that are in the struggle with the lack of property staff.

I have seen improvements. It actually looks clean now.The name is back and the landscaping is better. I like living in building and I get along with all my neighbors. Every now and then my neighbors have visitors that are load and sort of rude.I have even seen them leaving bottles of beer in the parking lot. For price I can not complain.
