This place is so nasty and dirty...there is a severe roach problem. The model I was shown when I came to look at this property was all nice and cleaned and set up like a model home. After signing my lease and getting my keys, I walked into a nightmare. It was so dirty. The tub was black, the floors were lifting, there were holes in the ceiling from water damage, roaches everywhere. You get what you pay for. If I could afford to move and lose my deposit I would immediately.

Hope you moved because I live here now and I don't have roaches, don't want yours. I have a nice townhome and for the fact that these apartments were built in the 1970s they are holding up well. The floors on the second floor are concrete not wood like my last place, I have fire walls on either side of my townhome. I hear nothing from my neighbors like the last place. My neighbors are friendly, not like the last place. The staff is great, not like the last place, and I have met security (CIS) they are handing out cards and telling us to call for anything we see wrong. Not like the last place where he didn't want to make waves and lose his job by saying anything. We haven't had any problems getting things fixed, it might be how nice you are to people and by this post I see your attiude. If there is something wrong with your apartment, pay your rent to the courts and take pictures, if you have a case like we did, you will win, like we did. The court took our payments, you can't just not pay. Move out if you want, request that to the judge, we did and he let us out of our lease with the last place. We forced the complex to get training on how to deal with the handicapped. They are now to be certified and take training. This was done by the federal government and their lawyers. They will be paying alot for what they didn't do for us and those who move in after we have left will reap the benefits for what we did and I am happy for them. I don't complain, I take action. Now maybe someday you will do the same and not flap your jaw with endless words.
