It took almost two months for me to get a key to my mailbox. I listed a miriad of things on my checklist that needed to be fixed including two windows with cracks in them and they have never even attempted to fix them (It's been a year). At one point my heater was on the fritz and the head of maintainence told me there was nothing that could be done about it, and to top it all off if you intend on moving they will not provide prospective complexes with information concerning your rental history with them until you give fill out forms with intentions to move. (How can I give you notice of my intention to move if I have not secured a new residence because you won't give them the information unless I tell you I'm moving'). The staff is largely defensive and unfriendly with the exception of the Manager on site, and their claim for 24 hr on-call maintainence is a farce.

Duh. Do what I did when I lived in Hell, I mean San Marin, check out prospective apartments at this site. Just don't try the Commons. I think that the poison from San Marin is starting to spread over here because in the last few weeks we started getting roving bands of teenaged boys selling drugs outside. Not to mention that they've started to turn ---- with the rules. Better by far, but you can get something better than the Commons or San Marin. Good luck and don't get killed before you move.

CIS is the security here and if you have a problem call them, they come faster than the cops, and have alot of power. I feel safe and secure here and love it here.
