I love it here, everyone is so nice, neighbors, staff, everyone. The townhome I rented needed a few things and everything was done very quickly. I love it here more than anyone would know. The kids here are very respectful and nice. I am very happy to call this home and thanks to Cort, and Apartment Search I am a happy renter once again. I have been living here over a month now and I can say I am really happy with San Marin Apartments. I would tell anyone to live here. Everyone is great and I plan on living here a very long time. These people here are very nice and they have continued to work with me to get the kinks worked out in my apartment. Yes we did have a few issues but they are very fast at working them out. Rent prices are great, people are great and what more could you ask for in an apartment. I give this place five stars for everything. I only hope they paint the outside of the buildings soon, that is the only thing that needs help here.
