I just moved in to San Marin apartments a bit ago. I was really excited about moving in because I'm living in a ridiculously large one bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse. After a bit of trouble with the ladies in the office (getting a strange feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me), I finally get into my new apartment. I go around and check and make sure everything's okay. The fridge smelled like something died in it and there were roaches crawling out of the sink. To me, this is unacceptable.
Now that I'm living here, I don't really have many complaints. The toilets make a lot of noise and sometimes regurgitate on themselves. Every morning I wake up to kids skateboarding, which is strange considering I sleep on the third floor. There's also little to no parking.
So, I guess you can say that even though you get a ridiculously large amount of space for a very small price, there are some huge sacrifices one has to make.

And you didn't notice the smell in the refrigerator when you looked at the place BEFORE you rented? Another drama queen post. Apologize for you lies you fudge packing wimp.
