Neighbors are good not all kids polite but before you go to the office come around on a friday or saturday evening ask anyone outside there all friendly but be strict with your questions and tell them tobe honest..Ask them do they maintain the aptartments to standards' Most everyone moves out of this place because they can't live like this.I have to say anyone who say's this is a great place to live then you can put your money where your mouth is...I am not waisten my money anymore...I work hard for my money and they put it all in there pockets and never invest it back into the apartments. I got boards dry rotting in my floors waiting for it to bust and hurt myself. Water bill is by unit so if you got 6 people living in a 1 bdrm and 10 apts. per unit, and also notice when they drain the pool and fill it back up watch your water bill grow....Also if your coming by anytime soon to veiw the demo aptartment is not at all what you get and check out our dirty pool and landscaping.I went to visit friends & Pool is STILL DIRTY Dated:MARCH 11& IT HAS BEEN 80 DEGREES AND WILL BE NEXT WEEK ALSO 80. Most complexes have theres clean and ready for tennats and children. Then take a drive towards Himes and hang a right you'll see that they actualy have grass and foral bushes....all year around a breath taking veiw compared to san marin.If you are broke and can't afford a better apt you can def. get income leval apartment...Look them up online or go to grocery store and pick up and apartment guide Some will state income leval applied and they look like a home comfertable and cozy. Don't be fooled San Marin is not a home and you won't appreshate giving your money to them..The manager is not friendly she is rude and she treats you like she's above you and she is cause you live there and she would never live in a place like that!!!! She know's you pay her salery and it's gotta be good. Futher more you have problems turn them in to the local code enforcer and dept. of agiculture and local news channels don't allow them to abuse you!!!Almost all of my windows leaked air so you loose money with energy cost and entrence door leaks air and gap on bttm of door no weather striping or door sweep.Were in a ression and can't afford to waste our money. You got black mold, a/c or dishwasher not working right or at all ,soft boards, broken pipes, tolits, sinks ,water leaks,broken door from someone trien to break in YES CARS AND APTS GETS BROKEN INTO REG> HERE. A neighbor of mine gave me a whole listing of people I could call and websites to read before doing anything but know this know your rights!!! 1st put your repairs needed on paper with a date keep origanal and give them the copy not fixed in 7 days call your local code enforcer. Never hold your rent go to Forida state landlord tenat rights and read why, never allow them to be the better man and make you look anymore foolish than you already do but don't tollerate it do something about it call a local news channel if it is worth that call.I had a neibors floor cave in Over a year ago that is news she should have aired. This is the only way you can get them to gut out these dumps and refirbish them.Laundry room is discusting and now only 1 onsite. Enterence Gate doesn't work. Outside lighting is very poor in some areas allowing robbery's.We have rights and I choose not to live like that anymore and that place is a dump. They know it they don't care there job is to get you to RENT. Choose wisely.....oh no one pay's a pet fee because no one tells them they have a pet..only the honest ones...My opinions and my helpful suggestions. Rent should be alot lower for this dump!!!!and/Or include the water!!!Oh Yeah there has been various crimes and people who shouldn't be allowed to be on premises there but I am not sure if I shld state much of that here.

Your post reveals that you are an uneducated hick. The sentences run together, the spelling is pure hell. I shouldn't even mention the grammar but just for the sake of bashing you I will...it sucks.
