The place is a nightmare. They are not sending collections for over 2,000.00.
Why I don't know, our apt was clean and tidy when we left.
Some place in california is doing it and they don't have a clue why'
It was time to leave because it was becoming more brutal every day.
We had to intervien when our tow truck driver was attacked for doing his job, towing illegally parked cars in handicapped spaces. People don't care where they park and parking is a nightmare anyway. people always have two or three cars.
I don't want to write a long story but I will say the place went downhill fast. Love the apartment but hate the outside.

This is hilarious. Arent you the same poster (mschleisner) who has commented on nearly *every* negative review of San Marin with this sunshiney hokey 'um what planet are you living on really?' ostrich head in the sand 'everything is fine here' attitude?' You can see other people posting here, thinking that you *had* to be San Marin staff, trying to pathetically put positive spin on everything.
I guess we were wrong about that...you werent San Marin staff...you were either just stupid or insane. *laughs* Ay yi yi. What planet have you been living on all this time? What rose colored sunglasses have you been wearing?
My year at San Marin (Ive moved on, thank god) was one of the worst years of my life. Coming home from a long day at work to a dirty, roach infested noisy apartment in the ghetto, utterly miserable year. Its over now, renting a nice house by the beach, Ive never been happier. :)
BUT...just seeing this...mschleisner saying 'this place is a nightmare' after a year of reading her empty-headed nonsense is just too richly funny I had to comment. :)
Anyone doubting my criticisms please take a few minutes and read through all of the reviews here, and the almost overwhelming negativity therein and draw your own conclusions. I mean, I moved out months ago and the hate of san marin is still so strong I'm compelled to comment here. *laughs* That has to say *something*, anyway!

I didn't have any roaches first off, second it went down bad as we lived there. The staff changes so often and you get a good staff that checks people out and it's not so bad but the people who moved in once we were there became combatant and nasty. When I first moved in that was changing and many were getting evected by staff. Than a new company policy came into place and they just let anyone in to fill the apartments. Oh and by the way I rent a nice house too now with nice neighbors in south tampa where I used to be. Many of the people who lived there moved on and it really made a mess of things, you are right it is worse than a slum now. I can only say when I moved in they were headed in the right direction with security and making the people move who were causing problems.
