They change management every 6 months. No one takes responsibility for problems. Maintenance is not certified. Staff is rude.
I have waited 3 months for an A/C repair.
This is a dump not worth the time or effort and it gets worse every new managment.

THAT WAS THEN KNOW IS SO DIFFRENT THEY TAKE CARE THE APARMENTS VERY WELL THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY KIND.AND THE MAINTANCE IS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING.IS QUIT AND EVERY ONE IS FRIENDLY I WILL NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT MOVING.

Well, I am currently about to move into an apartment at silver palms and one thing I did notice is that there was no lease signed. I was shocked to know that I was even approved for the apt. being that my credit was so badd... It does give you something to think about...I'm moving in shortly. and never even signed a lease.
