What can I say' Things are pretty bad here but the management is trying to improve
the places. They are renovating many of the apts and putting in new appliances.
It may even look nice in a couple of years.
If you don't mind waiting for months to get things repaired this is not the worst place since they will eventually fix things. I have seen worse in town.
But don't expect your place to look anything like the model they show.
I have waited for months to get pest control in here and nothing yet!
But have seen pest control in other apts so maybe they will come to mine soon.
The office staff is very friendly and will get maintenance to come within a day most of the time when there is a problem but they often do not get the problem fixed.
You will want to learn Spanish before moving here as most of the maintenance crew can not speak any English and will not understand your problem when they do show up.
The emergency maintenance line is always ignored when there are problems at night or the weekends. The parking is great but I do not think it is safe at all I have seen many cars be vandalized since moving here. Police are here often due to residents.
There is no security guard on duty and the gate has never worked. The noise can get bad also though personally I am used to it by now. Mexican music is blasting almost every day and night so you probably want to like that or get ear plugs. Asking them to turn it down is at your own risk and may get you stabbed so I'd go with ear plugs!
Move in at your own risk! It should be getting better with time if you are brave and want to stick it out.
