Every since i moved in I have had nothing but trouble. The area is not te best but I know everyone so that's not a big deal. The apartment has electric cords hanging out of the walls that i almost tripped over, the paint job is very bad, the maintenance guys half fix things and dont even speak english so when you try to tell them the issue they don't understand, the laundry site is dirty, none of the machines work and it takes your money continuously. Their staff always has an attitude or sound frustrated when you tell them you have a maintenance problem. I figure if the quality of the apartment was better they wouldn't get so many angry tenants and get aggrevated in the first place. Their have been leaks and stains in my ceiling from the tenant above me. Their water heater was leaking and it took forever for maintenance to come out. And when they did my carpet was dry again by the time and all they did was spray paint the damn ceiling. The rent is way too much for units they give you, my light outside my door does not go off and the switch for it does not work. I've call maintenance out a month ago and it has yet to be fixed. Recently, large rats have been eating holes in my kitchen wall and all they do is put foam in it so they can chew another hole to crawl through. I have asked them to call pest control but they have yet to do that also, my next door neighbor just moved out because of their failure to resolve her rodent issues. There is way more to complain about but i belive I've said enough. DO NOT BECOME A TENANT IN THIS ---- HOLE!!!
