Great location. You are close to everything. Within 1 block you have the grocery store, movie rentals, restaurants, drug store, Target, gas stations, and fire department. I drive to St Petersburg every day for work and can be there in 20 mins. I can be to downtown in about 10 mins and to Hyde Park in about 5 mins
