This could be a first class apartment complex, but it seems the owners are milking it to the max.

I'm ashamed to bring guest here as the comment when arriving has been "when are they going to paint this place'" The exterior is filthy, the poarches are like a slum, and its been that way since I moved here two years ago. I was told by staff they were going to paint right away-that was eight months ago. What a bunch of bull.

Their income is over $ 225,000/MO. One lousy percent would buy a lot of paint.
