Nice but unmotivated staff

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Debbie, Ed, and Katherine are all very nice, but a bit too casual about everything. They're the first ones to ask you about your kids, but don't exactly jump up to fix a serious problem. Air cond has been broken for months, and during the summer it gets up to about 90 degrees inside. And a huge leak in the roof has drenched one half of our closet without repair.
