I have lived at Southpointe for several months now. I am very happy with every aspect of Southpointe. I have a very spacious one bedroom apartment with a pool view. The apartment is quite nice; there have been no problems with bugs, disrepair, office staff, or anything negative. I recently lived in another complex that was the epitome of hell, and as a result moved here to Southpointe. It's great here. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly; they do a great job keeping the environment pleasant and the apartments in good repair. I would highly recommend southpointe! If anyone has posted anything negative about this complex, it's because they either couldn't pay their rent and were evicted, or because they are the type of people that can't be pleased no matter what the situation; otherwise they wouldn't feel so compelled to remain "Anonymous".
