Move over to The Verona or is it Harbor Green...Perhaps its Sunbay Apts...Who the hell knows what its called, Mgmt over there cant make up there mind (on s. dale mabry)
I moved in there after being promised a nice apt. Didnt happen. Maintenance never called back through the night as my AC leaked all over the floor, it got 89* in the apt and my dishwasher isnt working and they refuse to replace it and my stove looks like it belongs in the dumpster.
I moved there from South Pointe only because I couldnt afford a 2 bdrm here. You get what you pay for.
Most of the residents are great. The ones being evicted or the ones with too much time on their hands have nothing better to do but post nasty messages on here.
But all people have to do is come in and talk with the staff and see the apt community and they will see through all the bull that is being posted on here.
If you people want to post criticisms about others including criticisms about South Pointe, perhaps you should first look in the mirror and decide if there are things you need to straighten out with yourselves first.
This a great place to live and staff is on top of things and most all of the residents are awesome.
I would recommend moving here and staying away from places like the Verona...or whatever they decide to name it on day to day basis....
