Thats it in a nutshell.
Nothing ever gets fixed...Ever unless you remind them half a dozen times and then it still takes them forever.ie. the leaking roofs part of my roommates celling fell down do to this it took them 4 Months to get around to fixing it. Thier reply were sorry we forgot about you.if you like being treated like crap this is the place for you but dont you dare be late on rent by even a day because when it comes to south point getting thiers they wont think twice about slapping late fees on you.I just glad were moving in less that a week.So I wont have to breath in the nasty Black Mold we found behind a poster on the same wall that had the hole in the celling for 4 Mo. This place need a major overhaul Starting with some paint like on the railings they said the were going to paint when we moved here 2yrs ago.We have even since offered to do ourselves if they would just spring for the paint no go.The people Here are not much better loud rude and just not right. on a scale of 1-10 fingers I give South Point Only ONE.... Take a guess at which one.recap

2.Office staff Stinks (unless you like being ignored)
3.Maint. is a JOKE!!!!
4.Not a good area.
5.People here are Verry Loud Verry Late.
6.Parking is a nightmare.
7.Rent's are high and are going up.
8.The Place is run down and in need of an over haul.
