I have lived at Southpoint for 2 1/2 years and have really enjoyed it. I mean all apartments have a few issues but I have lived at some that were horrible, and Southpoint is far from it. The office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpfull! I have referred friends here and one recently rented. The grounds and pool are kept very clean. Debbie (the Mgr) throws little resident parties by the pool and welcomes everyone. We love it!

I have lived at Southpoint for 5 months last year from june to november and have really enjoyed it. The office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpfull! Debbie (the Mgr) is very able and friendly with all residents. I really appreciated the professionality and the capability of all the staff, with their adequate and always available and competent maintenance system ANTONINO CIMINNA antoninociminna@libero.it
