Been living here for almost 2 years and it is feeling like home. The management is great even though they lost my favorite girl Kat in Feb. ( I don't really care for the new lady...just not Kat) Hope Debbie the manager stays she holds the place together and really does care about the residents. I do think there standards are going down a little. Alot of young college students are moving in and they are RUDE, LOUD AND JUST PLAIN A PAIN. Let them live on campus! All they do is hog the pool with beer BOTTLES and loud music. (how do they income qualify anyway') I have to call the police sometimes....Wish we had a community patrol or something to keep out some of the non-residents also and keep the "kids" in check. Other than that no problems. Maintaince is A (sergio). No problems with crime. Utilities are pretty low. Facilities are good. Clean Pool (except for the college students). Some new equipment in the workout room. If I had it to do over...It would be here.
