I have lived here for two years now and have no complaints. The apartments are spacious for the rent, all have an oversized balcony or patio, very nice swimming area and it is generally very quiet here. Maintenance response is terrific and 90% of the time it is in the same day as requested. Sergio the maintenance director is very knowledgeable and is a fine technician able to fix anything.
Debbie and the office staff are wonderful, friendly, cheerful and very willing to help in any situation. Screening of residents is very good with very few problem residents living here. One of the few complexes left that welcome large dogs. There are several dog walking areas around the complex and it is on a quiet street with the fire dept. right across the street. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Paint job is a little shabby but the complex is due to be painted next year.
