If you would like to pay too much money for the services and the apartment in general this is the place. I have lived here for a little while now and this place is poorly managed. As a professional and family person I can not believe the activities that go on here with out a word being said. I'm woken at night by other members of the community that congregate at the pool at all hours. I have been woken to fights between these groups of residents to sexual acts in the hot tub to inappropriate displays of PDA on chaise lounges. I understand that we can not limit who moves onto property if they qualify they move in great; but the management should have some kind of standards or rules. It is the lack of motivation and response to issues on property. The customer service is terrible I believe it is in poor taste for the staff to fratanize with the residents the way they do. Drinking after hours with residents is not appropriate and the Manager does so on occasion but the rest of the staff do all the time. I feel it is inappropriate for me to walk in to pay my rent and over hear the Manger joking around with another resident and call them and -------. I feel as if Debbie is unprofessional, unfair, and passive aggressive. She breaks fairer Housing Laws on a daily basis certain people have certain rights. I have filed a complaint with the state for Fair Housing issues on the property early this week. It is unfortunate then my son and wife are subjected to this kind of behavior, I have choose to stay anonymous on this rating due to the fact that the last current resident who wrote a review The manager confronted him about it and was very combative and confrontational and starting talking about his personal information to some of the residents, after her verbal bashing of the resident I now know he pays his rent late she thinks he is a jerk and needs to get a job. I think that this is terrible that upper management overlooks these matters. This place has a great location and nice upgraded apt but the staff is sorely lacking. Please do not forget that there are aggressive Dogs on property and one even attacked my friend s child but the dog still is here. Certain people can have aggressive of dogs and others can not. I happen to be someone who serves there country and I have alone stopped nine people from moving in and make sure everyone on Base knows not to come here. Please somebody who can change this property and make it a better place please looks into these matters. So good luck this place is a mess.

I would like to respond and AGREE with the above-mentioned review on several issues here. Several people have larger dogs who let them wander, bark incessantly, etc. There needs to be a manager on-duty who lives near the pool area to monitor the constant, recurrent problems there: drunken behavior, people who do not live at South Pointe causing problems there. For the amount of rent collected, there shouldn't be a peep heard, but children are allowed to scream, holler, pee in the pool and whirlpool, etc. There needs to be an overhaul of the staff who work there and a manager who enforces the rules.

You people are so ignorant it's not even funny. Debbie is a very responsible and caring manager, I've lived on site for a very long time and I've never seen her drinking on the property with anyone. This is an apartment community not a jail cell and people pay to live here, if you don't like the noise move!!! Children will be children, they run around and play and make noises just like they have for centuries. Tell me one kid you know that hasn't peed in the pool, or an adult for that matter. Yes, there are a few people that destroy things that live in the community but it's not the responsible ones that are around the pool that actually have jobs and go to work every day and pay their bills on time!!!

Please, you must be one of the drunks at the pool. The group at the pool are anything but responsible. Just beacuse you are a fuctional drunk during the week does not make you a decent resident. The people at the pool should not be drinking most places do not allow it. It is a shame the people around here. Get another Keg! I hope to god these people move our manager should do something the noise is a problem after 10:00 p.m. for me. This response is an example of the lack of respect for people; I have been here a long time too. Debbie does drink once in awhile she has pictures from the past parties in album in the back office by the bathroom. Nice grow up and shut up.

Hmm...you just called a person whom posted on here a drunk. I'm really not sure that makes you any better than the people you are criticizing. Before you post next time maybe you should consider respectively posting -rather than stooping to the level of name calling as you may be taken more seriously or at least your "word" may have been respected.

i have to agree with the second comment posted. Debbie has been very accommodating to us and has resolved any issue that we had in the past. I personally think she's great and have a huge amount of respect for her and what she does to accommodate as many people in the community that she can. she can't please everyone and can't put restrictions on grown adults in the pool area. Yes, there are a few people at the pool who act irresponsibly but it's not everyone, and it's not all the time. We are all entitled to enjoy a beer and hang out around the pool. BIG DEAL! is it anyone elses fault but your own that you dont have a social life and choose to not join the social crowd downstairs? I think it may be time for you to move some to another complex.
