Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Small apartments. Decent neighborhood, at best. Mold problems on all 1st floor apartments (which they say is your responsibility) and theft (I had 2 bikes stolen and my apartment broken into in broad daylight). Exterior of many buildings is cracked. The office staff (Michelle and Bill) will screw you out of your deposit. It happened to me and 3 other people I know who moved out of there. They say the place wasn't clean, blinds were damaged, etc. Make sure you take excellent pictures to take them to court. I moved out as soon as I could afford something better.
