MAn when i moved in, there was animal hair, dog poop stain, the apartment was just disgusting. If you like a ghetto and nasty area go for it. I moved out by breaking my lease the very next day of moving in, i lost my deposit and my 1st month rent ....SCREW THAT PLACE!!!
