Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I can't beleive I got stuck living here for a whole year!!! Finally our lease is up and we can't wait to be out of here! The complex is a joke, we didn't have HOT water for 2 weeks. Management kept saying "we will let someone know". The noise control is out of control...Partying and loud music every night til midnight sometime later. I guess the complex was bought by someone in Miami who increased the rent by $100 a month. We are not Signing to renew out lease, we'd have to be crazy. I can't wait to leave, I forgot what it's like to live in peace.
