Been here for almost 4 years now and seen a lot of different management. The office manager here now, Heather, is awesome. Couldn't ask for better. She's always on top of things. Rent is reasonable. The pool is very nice. It's a gated community, and we love that. Lots of parking with shaded areas. Have had to deal with some bad apple tenants, but you get that anywhere you go, and Heather always took care of the problem as quickly as possible. The apartment buildings as a whole need some work, but Heather's been handling that the best that she can. We're currently moving into a two-bedroom here, in the next building over, and plan on staying, at least as long as Heather's here. :) Patric

Great Management if there screwing the tenants that live there. That place is a dump, I know because people that lived there and worked there see whats really going on. There's drug deals left and right, you alway find condomn on the parking lot every day. The best part is that the office knows all this but are so desparate to keep their jobs that they won't do the right thing. Also that Office manager is a slut everyone knows she was screwing around with one of the maintance guys and they both are married. Yeah that's a real nice place to live alright
