The best thing I can said is that the rent isn't bad and neither is the neiborhood but what do you expect when you are in the middle of two hospitals one mental and the other is for exmilitary. It is close to the bus lines and shopping centers. The major problem here are some of the other tenants kids playing in the driveway and running up and down the halls.
