Great Place To Live

I lived here for 2 years and would highly recommend it to anyone. It has a lot of families and non-student types, so the noise is minimal and the people friendly. Never had any bug problems, and the grounds are kept up very nicely. Overall, the apt was safe, nice, affordable and just a great place to live. Good location with easy access to Temple Terrace and New Tampa.
