well, i dont know, as far as i can tell the office staff so far here has been ignoring my complaints and just interested in collecting the rent. referred a friend here and he says they didnt seem to interested in renting him the smaller apt...not sure why, but he gave up and went down the street in new tampa. i probably wont renew. my lease is up soon and they dont seem to care whether i stay or go or what. that and brushing off my friend really stinks:(
