When I moved here in January 2003, the management and staff seemed nice and pleasant - although the gate never worked. Now, the gate not only doesnt work, but gets stuck halfway open regularly, forcing residents to risk life and limb trying to enter through the exit gate (which comes within inches of hitting your car)!! Additionally, the new staff and managment are EXTREMELY incompetent, defiant, and rude. They treat you like you should be THANKING them to live here, when they accept Section 8!! The appliances and fixtures are all the originals (15 years old) and the carpet is cheap and ragged. I could care less about the security deposit, and am in fact going to pay double rent just to move out a month early!
