We moved in 2 years ago to this nice St. Croix complex with a friendly, professional, efficient staff (office & maintenance). After a year, the management changed. THen the friendly office staff was replaced with leasing agents that seem better suited to ask if you'd like fries with your order. The new manager can't be bothered by lowly tenants. THe front gate never works. The appliances are old. Several buildings are being torn apart with repairs for apparent termite damage. The valet trash company isn't worth their weight in sand. They decided to discontinue their recycling program with no notice to the 500 residents. The ONLY good thing at this complex is the friendly efficient maintenance staff. THey do respond quickly if you go directly to them and avoid the office. We to are being robbed by the 60 day moveout bull crap. Definitely stay away. It's not even a bargain for your money.
