read your lease CAREFULLLY. i had one amount and it magically changed when management changed to 50 bucks more. i won't be doing business with them again. the manager, laurie i think was incredibly rude and really turned me off to the place. i work with off campus housing at USF and they definately won't be getting any kind of recommendation.
