They didnt refund my deposit even though my apt was left in pristine condition. Avoid this dump at all costs -- the management are compulsive liars and the maintenance people steal your belongings. There were 2 murders on the property just last year.

I was there from 2001-2004 and I don't remember hearing about any murders. The maintenance people were very nice and never touched anyone's belongings.
