I just signed a new lease I've been here for two years. It used to be great. A really friendly office and service staff. Now the front office staff is offensive. I had recommended three friends to move in. I wanted to find out what forms to fill out. Not only did they not say that's great to have three friends of someone who pays her rent timely they said, " well, they have to have your name on two pieces of paper or we don't pay" Did you tell the people renting that', I asked. Well, no. Needless to say I have told my friends to reconsider this place. Not to mention the roof falling in the other month in the hallway. Or the garbage that took a week to be picked up. Yea, don't bother with this place.
