I've lived in the "ghettos" of Boston, and St. Croix is still the worst place I've ever lived! We got extensive water damage from the people next door to us, which the management REFUSED to fix even though there was BLACK MOLD all underneath the carpet!! And then when we moved to escape this horrible place, they charged us $100 for the water damaged carpet!!! The people in the office are also extremely rude and retarded, and lost our lease papers 3 times.

I happen to live in St. Croix and find the place absoluteley wonderful. I have no complaints except for the fat girl with New Jersey accent in the office, she has got a two brain cells and they are both on vacation in JoYSEY. Whatever.
