I love it here - lots of green space, friendly people, very quiet, nice architecture. I like the door-side trash pickup three times a week. The pool area is always well maintained and relaxing and the picnic area is great too. The grounds are some of the best I have seen, and they have always been quick and good if I have needed repairs to my apartment. I do agree, though, with the other reviewers' comments about the staff. They are not as open or as nice as their predecessors. I ask them at least once a month to get the front gate repaired and they don't do it for ages then it breaks again and they forget about it again. I also think there are one or two buildings (not mine) that have a problem with garbage smells, noise, and chaos. I wouldn't want to be in the buildings by the canal. But if you're near the tennis courts or the green grassy area you'll have a nice time. To summarize, the location is absolutely great, the price is very reasonable, it's pretty and generally well maintained, and it's quiet.
