Well, I have lived here for a little less than a year. So, here are the Cons: About the staff, they are great before you decide to lease, but once you do, they dont know you anymore. I heard even from the workers its bc of the new manager. We had problems with the carpet having stains- that they would not replace. They "said" it had been replaced last year but you can tell thats not the case. The maintenance people are great if you can ever manage to get them in your apartment. The re-did all the plumbing in all the building, which took 4 days to do (messes all around the house until they were done). They left visible marks on the walls and even broke our vanity mirror. We have tried to call the office on several occations and nothing. The main gate has been broken for months and months. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The exit gate is always open so people just enter through there! Whats the point of having one then''' And parking sucks! Pros: Nice area, really quite, price was not too bad bc of the speacials but...you be the judge.
