Getting Worse

I have lived in St. Croix for almost three years. My old apartment (which I was in for the first two years) was great. About the time I moved into a new apartment here, things began to change. The new manager is AWFUL, and I have had staff not acknowledge me just because they were "busy" chatting with each other. I can hear music through my walls and over my TV. I have made a dozen noise complaints in the past month and half. NOTHING has been done.
