Bad management, Hidden Costs, Non working amenities/gates

When we moved in this aptt, the management was excellent. But over time this got bad to worse. The new management is indifferent to its residents, and the manager here is worthless and stupid.
I still live here and am looking for the first chance to move out. The water bill here is not according to individual usage, but you pay for what someone else wastes.We were not told this when we moved in. Our water bill jumped by $10 each month, and the reply we get is we can't do anything about it. The front gate never works, and the back gates have been pried open so that unauthorized people can enter the property.
I am extremely unsatisfied, and discourage future tenants from coming here. There are plenty of better places around, just do some research.I hope these people realise the damage, once everyone starts moving out and the bad words spread from disgruntled tenants.PLEASE DONT RENT HERE!!
