St. Croix has seriously deteriorated over the last couple of years. The staff turns over every few months, and all the comments about the manager in other posts are accurate...she is NOT pleasant to deal with. Shame on Sentinal Properties for keeping someone like her on! The quality of residents is declining too...many more students and questionable characters around.
This place was great when we moved in, but every month has brought more noise problems. Leasing staff says they'll "take care of it", but nothing ever happens. We are moving out, and none too soon. This place was great a few years ago...now they keep the grounds looking nice to mask what is really going on behind the scenes!
