The pet policy is based on the adult weight of the cat/dog breed not the animal's current weight. The pet policy stops short of asking for paw prints of the animal. Expect to have to provide detailed information about the pet; which kind of makes you wonder when you walk around and see what animals currently reside there.
Expect to share the pool and workout facility with people that don't live at the complex. The front gates have been broken for a long time and it is easy to get past the gates. The codes for the workout facility haven't been changed and most people will let anyone in without question.
Expect to deal with noise from the USF kiddies at 2AM.
Overpriced for what you get - look elsewhere.
