when i first moved in i thought this place was great. my maintnence requests were responded to quickly and noise didnt seem so bad. however, now i can here EVERY move the people in the apartment above me make and they are up running around at 3 and 4 in the morning. the office told me that there was nothing they could do about it and that i should just wait until the people moved out in a few months. a while ago my dryer broke and i called to make a maintnence request and called the following day to see how much longer it would be, wheni was informed that there were four people infront of me waiting to have thier dryers fixed as well. that should give you an idea of how well maintained and new the apartments are. sure the grounds are attractive but the gate has NEVER worked since ive lived here, and it is certainly NOT worth the money. i moved to tampa with out researching a lot of places and now i severly regret that.

THIS PLACE IS A PRISON DAYCARE! You are right, WAAAY OVER PRICED!..I Could live in a Dilapidated Trailer Park In GIBSONTON and have less trouble!
