That place is a nightmare. I met a lot of tennants- mostly college kids. But the place is a drug haven. I never saw so much cocaine in my life. It was like living the movie Blow. One of the tennants directly across from the office at the top of the stairs was always coked up and partied all night every night. I broke my lease and ruined my credit to get out of there. Plus the gate only worked for 2 weeks. I complained numerous times as well as other tennants to no avail. Basically the rent is over priced, the appliances look like they are from the 70s, and the manager is a total c***. Again if you value your sleep and your property stay away.
